A selection of the best barrels, this has a very complex nose with fruit that runs from pomegranate through raspberry, red and dark cherry, into blueberry and plum. The purity is striking and the background, spice notes are nicely integrated. The palate delivers a very fleshy, supple and agile feel with tannins that are so well groomed. Long, fresh and pure cherry-fruit finish. Drink or hold. Screw cap. 94 Points
