Twin Cities Wine Education, J. Selby's, The Herbivorous Butcher, and Denison Cellars present a night not to miss.

Join us for a multi-course Denison Cellars Winemaker Dinner at J. Selby's, the city's top vegan restaurant. You read that right – vegan!

As you arrive, we'll start with some meet-and-greet rosé, then move into a multi-course vegan dinner paired perfectly with a range of Denison Cellars wines, including the rarest single-vineyard Pinot Noirs. Over the course of the dinner, you'll hear Tim's stories, the background on his winemaking philosophy, opinions on Willamette Valley and Pinot Noir in particular, and much more. We'll finish with dessert and coffee before calling it a night.
